The grease hubs can be converted to oil bath by just switching the hub to an oil bath setup like the part # 8-219-9UC3 that you referenced. To verify that this will fit your spindle you'll need to pull your hub off and measure where the bearings and seal rides. If the dimensions are 1.75 inch and 1.25 inch for the bearing surface and then 2.125 inch where the seal rides then this hub will fit and work well.

A 15x6 inch size wheel is normally interchangeable with a 15x5 size wheel. The 6 inch and 5 inch measurement being the width of the wheel. A tire will normally fit on a range of wheel widths.
Where you want to pay attention to the different widths of the wheel is when you are looking at a different tire size. In 15 inch trailer tires the common sizes are the ST205/75R15 and the ST225/75R15.
